Uncleanliness in rooms really need addressing!!! Limited parking availability during busy hours can be quite frustrating!!! Slow elevator service and inadequate room maintenance create unnecessary inconveniences!!!

I loved the spacious lounge area. it was the perfect spot to relax with a cup of tea! The breakfast could have used a bit more variety though. 😊

The room was spotless and had the best bed ever, which helped us catch some of the best sleep we've had in ages! We enjoyed both the awesome breakfast options and the relaxing outdoor swimming pool to unwind after a busy day. The only downside was the coffee maker's lackluster performance, but I found better coffee at the breakfast bar. 😊

Loved the comfy King Studio! The bed was amazing—slept so well. The fridge was gigantic, super handy for snacks. The shower had great pressure, and the kitchenette was a nice plus. Just the room setup felt a bit off since it was a corner room, but overall, it worked. Really appreciated the variety of pillows too!
